Lucinda Hoogewerf's specialisations are administrative law, including environmental and planning law, and spatial planning. She advises and litigates on zoning plans, enforcement issues and permits, and provides legal assistance in proceedings concerning integrated environmental permits. As a lawyer, she advises companies in the hospitality, seed enhancement, retail, recreation, wind energy and childcare sectors.
