Lasse van Waegeningh
Lasse van Waegeningh works as a civil-law lawyer in our Utrecht office, where he heads the Real Estate practice group.
Lasse’s practice focuses in particular on the rental/lease, purchase/sale and management of commercial property and real rights in a broad sense. In these fields, he advises and litigates for clients, including investors in real estate and other assets, property developers, financiers, refinanciers, property managers, users, end users and intermediaries, ranging from summary proceedings to longstanding matters. His advice and actions are characterised by a specific, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach and his willingness to go the extra mile for his clients.
Lasse studied law at Utrecht University, after which he began his career as a lawyer at Lexence N.V. Advocaten & Notarissen in Amsterdam. In his spare time he likes to read, boxes as a recreational activity, goes to football matches and enjoys eating out.
