The Mergers and Acquisitions practice group is staffed by experienced lawyers with specific expertise in the field of mergers, takeovers and divisions. We believe in providing a tailored solution, not an off-the-peg approach. Our lawyers have access to a carefully constructed network of banks, corporate finance specialists, accountants, tax lawyers and civil-law notaries. We operate complete independently and are thus always able to deploy the best-qualified advisors for each individual takeover.
