Insurance law and liability law

The insurance law and liability law practice group supports insurers and businesses in dealing with loss. In addition, we advise them on insurance products and on forms of collaboration within the insurance sector. The lawyers in the insurance law and liability law practice group:

• are experienced negotiators and are solution-oriented;
• advise and conduct litigation on issues of cover, recourse and other matters of insurance law;
• advise and conduct litigation on every area of liability (such as professional, employer’s, traffic, contractual and product liability);
• advise and conduct litigation on the law of compensation;
• advise and support clients who conduct activities that (possibly) fall within the supervision of The Netherlands Bank (DNB) and the Financial Markets Authority (AFM).
