Joachim Staab

Joachim Staab (1972) is admitted to the bar as an attorney in Germany (Rechtsanwalt) and in The Netherlands (advocaat). He was born and raised in Germany, studied law in Regensburg and Cologne (Germany) and European law in Liège, Belgium. Joachim Staab joined Van Diepen Van der Kroef Advocaten in 2001. His main field of work lies with economic cross border transactions and international contract law. He specialises in the Vienna Sales Convention (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) and private international law. Due to his dual admittance, he regularly represents clients before courts both in Germany and the Netherlands. He is a member of the board of Van Diepen Van der Kroef Advocaten.
