Reyn baron Snouckaert van Schauburg (NMI -mediator), attorney at law, started his career as an attorney at law in ’s-Gravenhage (The Netherlands) after having completed his law studies in Utrecht (The Netherlands). Subsequently, he was actively involved in the incorporation and growth of a Firm associated with Ernst & Young Tax Advisors that is now called Holland Van Gijzen. At the moment he is managing partner of the The Hague office of our Firm. Mr Snouckaert completed the INSOLAD/Grotius specialist training "Insolvency Law" and the INSOLAD specialist training "Financial Economy for Bankruptcy Trustees" and is a full member of INSOLAD, specialist association for insolvency attorneys at law. He regularly acts as a bankruptcy trustee and assists Executive Directors and Supervisory Directors (whether or not in legal proceedings) in: restructurings, re-starting ongoing businesses, joint ventures and acquisitions, performance or termination of contracts, liability and corporate governance matters. Mr Snouckaert is responsible for various publications and he is an associate of the Wagner Group that is concerned with the further development of professionals and organisations in the areas of general management, leadership and sound administration. In addition to his former membership of the Board of Delegates of the Netherlands Bar in Amsterdam, he is on the Board of various (social) institutions. Mr Snouckaert is Chairman of the Board of Van Diepen van der Kroef Advocaten.
