Dr. Hagedorn conducts a lecture at international Public Law Conference in Germany

On 17th and 18th September 2009 the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict (IFHV) organizes a two day international conference on international public law. The well-established IFHV, located at the University of Bochum in Germany, is under the direction of Prof. K. Ipsen.

Lectures will be held by international experts. Dr. Hagedorn shall give a lecture about “Unlimited immunity of the United Nations? The genocide of Srebrenica as litmus test”.

Van Diepen Van der Kroef represents the “Mothers of Srebrenica” in the proceedings of the 6000 relatives of the genocide in Srebrenica in 1995 against the Dutch State and the United Nations.
