Marco Gerritsen

Marco R. Gerritsen (1966) has been engaged at Van Diepen Van der Kroef Attorneys since 1993. In his practice he focuses on the domain of Intellectual Property (copyright and patent law among others), IT/ICT and Entertainment/Media law. He is in charge of the IP/ICT & Media practice group since 2000. Moreover he advises and conducts legal proceedings on a wide range of general corporate law matters, with an emphasis on start-ups and commercial contracts. As such, he is closely involved with the Corporate Law and International Law practice groups. Marco Gerritsen is a member of several national and international professional associations. He regularly publishes in various professional journals and publications.
