Martijn Bonefaas is a partner who works at the Hoorn office. He runs a general civil practice, focusing on business owners and companies. He has a broad interest and experience in liability law, financial law, restructuring and real estate law.

As General Counsel, his clients seek him out for advice on, and assistance in, all aspects of business, whether litigating over a defective product or giving advice on preventing directors' liability.

Martijn Bonefaas lives in Enkhuizen, is married and has two children. He is a former member and chairman of volunteer club Round Table Drechterland 130, regularly puts on his running shoes and is a fan of all things Italian.
