Press release July 8, 2008: Ruling on the immunity of the UN in the Srebrenica case on 10 July 2008

Pursuant to the hearing of 18 June 2008 in the proceedings of the Mothers of Srebrenica against the Dutch State and the United Nations the district court at the Hague confirmed that on Thursday 10 July 2008 11 a.m. the court will give its ruling on the legal question whether the UN can upheld its immunity in this so uncommun case. The hearing, during which the judgment will be pronounced, is public and accesible for interested parties.
