Partner

Mr Camiel Beijer (1972), LL.M., graduated from Utrecht University with a thesis on ‘the protection of minority shareholders’. Camiel also studied at the University of Regensburg for six months, where he took courses related to commercial and company law. He has been employed with the Utrecht law firm Van Diepen Van der Kroef Advocaten since 1 January 2000.
Procedural law is a main theme in Camiel’s practice, as becomes clear from that fact that he successfully completed the Grotius course in corporate litigation. Apart from many years experience in legal procedures related to commercial contracts and corporate conflicts, his law practice also focuses on the domain of intellectual property (amongst which copyright, trade name law, trademark law and patent law) and information technology law (IT/ICT). Camiel Beijer is member of the Association for Computer Lawyers (VIRA) in the Netherlands.
