Erik Jan Bijleveld

Erik Jan Bijleveld, LL.M (1960) is a member of the partnership and has always been active in the commercial company practice. Thanks to his experience in the area of general (procedural) company law Erik Jan acts as a sounding board for a wide range of undertakings and directors. Erik Jan Bijleveld advises, negotiates and litigates in the area of general company issues with an emphasis on mergers and takeovers, ICT agreements, directors’ liability, shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreements. He is also an arbitrator in commercial disputes appointed by the Chamber of Commerce.
