Marijke Oosterom

Mrs Marijke Oosterom (1959) trained as a lecturer at the Academy for Physical Education in the Hague before commencing her legal studies. In the period from 1988 to 1992 Mrs Oosterom worked in a variety of roles in the National Bureau for Employment, including a spell in the department overseeing the licencing of discharges from employment.

Mrs Oosterom then worked from 1992 to 1994 as a legal advisor to Arag Nederland and from 1994 to 1999 as Company Legal Advisor in Employment Law and Conditions of Employment with Heineken Nederlands Beheer B.V.
Since 1999 Mrs Oosterom has been attached to Van Diepen Van der Kroef Advocates, where her primary role is as an advisor to companies and institutions, up to Board level. As well as general Contract Law she is active in the fields of Employment Law and the law as it affects civil servants. Mrs Oosterom has maintained her practice as a lecturer, and delivers workshops and seminars on topics including Employment Law.
