Arnout Gieske
Arnout Gieske specializes in Intellectual Property (IP) litigation and advice. As a litigator he has succesfully represented clients in contentious media affairs, in trademark enforcement and in a number of national and international patent disputes.
Arnout has lectured procedural and private law at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, and is a dedicated IP lawyer since working at the Intellectual Property chamber of the The Hague court of Appeal. He has joined the Amsterdam IP team of Van Diepen Van der Kroef in 2007.
Arnout regularly publishes on the subject of IP law and co-authors a number of authoritive handbook publications. He is a member of the Dutch AIPPI, LES-Benelux, BMM and the Dutch association for procedural law.
